# Import from Hubspots

Skalin can connect directly to your Hubspot account. In this case, the Skalin application “scans” your Hubspot account to import your CUSTOMER accounts as well as the CONTACTS associated with these accounts. CUSTOMERS are created using the “lifestage” = “customer” property. Note: the domain name of the account must be completed.

To do this, click on the profile picture at the top right of the application then on “My profile”.

In the new window > “Hubspot connection” section > click on “Connect”.

A Hubspot window opens in order to choose the account to connect.

Follow the procedure to log in.

Note

  • One Hubspot connection per account is sufficient
  • The person who connects must have the “super admin” status on Hubspot.

# Files import

In the left menu of the application (SETTINGS > Imports) you can import Customers (“Customers”) and Contacts (“Customers Contacts”) by importing a file.

All files must respect the following format:

# Files upload

WARNING

Customers must be created before the creation of Contacts. A Contact not attached to an existing Customer will be rejected.

# Customer file upload

In order to import new contacts, go to SETTINGS > Imports > 'Customers' button. Select the file or drag it onto the window that appears.

The file is automatically read and a window appears with the list of expected fields. The correspondence with the values ​​of the file is automatic if you have respected the titles provided in this document. Otherwise, all you have to do is select the name of the corresponding column in your file for each expected value.

# Contacts file upload

In order to manually add new contacts, go to SETTINGS > Imports > 'Customers contacts' button. Select the file concerned or drag it onto the window that appears.

The file is automatically read and a window appears with the list of expected fields. All you have to do is select the name of the corresponding column in your file for each expected value.
