Welcome to the section that explains how to transmit the usage of your users via tagging. In order to analyse your plateform usage, it is necessary to collect a certain amount of information such as the identity of the connected users and the functionalities they use.

It is recommended to perform this tagging from the browser of your users but it is also possible to do it server side. You will find the user guides in each version.

Ingest delay

Collected data will be available 30 minutes after their reception in our plateform (usage and features sections).
