Roles and accesses

Here are the different roles available in Skalin:

  • Administrator: has full access rights to Skalin.

  • Manager: has all rights except access to parameters in Settings > General (read-only) and integration settings with other tools (except access to connect their email inbox).

  • CSM:

    • Read access to everything; edit access to customers, contacts, contracts, tasks, and customer alerts for which they are the owner.
    • Adapted “Team performance” view: charts only for this CSM’s customers, by customer segment.
    • “CSM objectives” view filtered to the relevant CSM; it is not possible to switch to another CSM.
    • Team and team member views: read-only (except for their own team member profile).
    • Lifecycle phase, Health score profile, Objectives profile: read-only.
    • Imports (customers, contacts, contracts, or teams): no access.
    • Playbooks: can trigger playbooks on their customers but cannot create or modify existing playbooks.
  • Restricted CSM: read and edit access only on the accounts for which they are the owner or a Team member.

  • Read-only: can comment on tasks and notes (interactions).

How this relates to licenses: a read-only user has a Light license; all other roles require a Full license.
