Agreements pending actions

In this section, you’ll find all contracts with the status “Pending”, whether they were created manually or automatically by Skalin.

If you’ve chosen to manage contract renewals with Skalin in a semi-automated way (Settings > General > Agreements validation = Manual), then renewal suggestions will appear here.

Only contracts with Automatic renewal = Yes will be included in these renewal proposals.

For contracts with a notice period, the renewal proposal is created on the Renewal Date of the contract. For contracts without a notice period, the renewal proposal is created on the contract End Date. In both cases, the contract will appear with the “Pending” status.

By default, Skalin renews the contract with the same amount and duration as the previous one. You can either:

• Validate the new contract as is by clicking on “Pending” and selecting the status “Active”.

• Or modify it before validation by opening the details (the eye icon on the right), editing the contract (changing duration, amount, or plan), then saving it. You’ll still need to change its status to Active afterward.
