Last interactions to be evaluated

Here you can see the latest exchanges you've had with your customers, so you can easily leave a mark (1 to 5) on your perception of the exchange, or even leave your own comments and feedback by clicking on the eye on the right.

As soon as you have evaluated the interaction, it disappears from the list. You can find all your interactions in the "Interactions" tab on each customer page.

Note

Depending on your rights level, Skalin may display accounts that you do not directly own (supervisory or viewing role). Remember to filter on "My Actions" at the top to see only the interactions that concern you.
