CSM Pulse to update

Pulse is your personal assessment of account health. This section aims at showing you customers whose Pulse has not been updated for more than a month or has never been defined. This way, you're always up to date and your health scores remain relevant!

Once you've set your Pulse, the customer concerned disappears from the list.

Tip

If you wish to make "My Actions" your default home page, go to the home page selection section.
