Finding your way in Skalin
# Search bar
The search bar at the top of the screen is permanently visible from any page of the application. It lets you instantly search for CUSTOMERS or CONTACTS as soon as you enter the first few characters. The matching CUSTOMERS (left) and CONTACTS (right) appear. All you have to do is click on the item you're interested in to access the detailed file.
# Navigation panel (left)
The navigation panel can be collapsed using this arrow:
It can then be expanded back to its original size using the three bars:
The "Getting started" section contains the 3 key steps to follow when starting out. You can complete the "Essential", "Advanced" and "Expert" badges to discover the full application.
Under "Entities", you will find all the core data in Skalin: customers, contacts, agreements and opportunities.
Under "Activities", you will find all the items you can act on: tasks, alerts, playbooks and their goals.
Under "Health", you will find the health score report for your customers, as well as the configuration of health score profiles.
Under "Team", you will find the configuration of team members with access to Skalin, the team performance report, and CSM goals.
Under "Revenue", you will find the MRR and renewal reports. You can also manage opportunities from this section.
Under "Reports", you will find all reports, including those already available in other sections.
Under "Integrations", the Hub section gives you access to all of Skalin's standard connectors, as well as raw usage tracking data and the various generated API keys.
Finally, the "Settings" section brings together My profile (personal settings), General, and all other Skalin feature settings.
# Pinning items
You can pin any item in the navigation panel to find it quickly. Hover over the item and click the pin icon that appears.
Pinned items then appear in a dedicated section at the top of the navigation panel, always accessible.
Tips
Some sections have a padlock icon. This means they are paid add-ons that you can try free for one month.
# Customising your Skalin landing page
You can customise your landing page in Skalin by going to Settings > My profile and choosing your default landing page.
