Weekly email summaries

As a Skalin user, you receive up to 2 weekly summary emails:

  1. A summary of the accounts you own.
  2. A summary of all the company's customers.

These emails highlight several types of information, including:

# Ghost (dormant) customers

A customer is considered ghost (dormant) based on two criteria:

  • How long since they last used your product.
  • How long since they last sent you a message or participated in a meeting.

These thresholds can be configured in Settings > General > Customer Settings.

# Customer consuming the most time

The email also highlights the customer who consumed the most time over the period. This calculation follows the same rules as the Time Profitability report:

  • 30 minutes for a meet,
  • 15 minutes for a call,
  • 10 minutes for a task (unless its estimated time is specified),
  • 5 minutes for each email (incoming or outgoing),
  • 2 minutes for a note,
  • 20 minutes for a ticket.
