Weekly email summaries
As a Skalin user, you receive up to 2 weekly summary emails:
- A summary of the accounts you own.
- A summary of all the company's customers.
These emails highlight several types of information, including:
# Ghost (dormant) customers
A customer is considered ghost (dormant) based on two criteria:
- How long since they last used your product.
- How long since they last sent you a message or participated in a meeting.
These thresholds can be configured in Settings > General > Customer Settings.
# Customer consuming the most time
The email also highlights the customer who consumed the most time over the period. This calculation follows the same rules as the Time Profitability report:
- 30 minutes for a meet,
- 15 minutes for a call,
- 10 minutes for a task (unless its estimated time is specified),
- 5 minutes for each email (incoming or outgoing),
- 2 minutes for a note,
- 20 minutes for a ticket.
