# Reports: Last Touch
The "Last touch" report shows the distribution of customers based on the date of their last interaction, divided into three time intervals:
- Less than X months
- Between X and Y months
- More than Y months
By default:
- Interactions within 3 months are considered good.
- Interactions beyond 6 months are considered problematic.
These thresholds can be adjusted according to your business in Settings > General > Customer settings (opens new window).
Clicking on an area of the graph displays the list of corresponding customers in the table below:
