Last Touch

The "Last touch" report shows the distribution of customers according to the date of the last interaction in 3 time intervals: less than X months, between X and Y months, more than Y months.

By default, Skalin defines a good frequency of interaction at 3 months maximum; beyond 6 months it's considered problematic. As this information is closely linked to the nature of your business, you can modify these settings in Settings > General > Customer settings (opens new window).

When you click on an area of the graph, the list of corresponding customers is displayed in the table below the graph.
