Renewal

This report shows the value of contracts to be renewed each month, versus the level of risk associated with the customer who holds the contract. In concrete terms, if a customer has a red health score, then his contract will be represented in red. This makes it possible to anticipate renewals and see where the risk areas are.

By clicking on an area of the graph (e.g. the red area for April), the table below the graph displays the list of customers concerned. You can also click on a month to see the list of contracts up for renewal.
