Renewal

This report shows for the coming months all contracts' values to be renewed, versus the level of risk associated with the customer who holds the contract. In concrete terms, if a customer has a red health score, then his contract will be represented in red. It allows you to anticipate renewal amounts and see where the risk areas are.

There are several risk zones:

• "Poor Health" (score from 1 to 3),
• "Medium Health" (score from 4 to 6),
• and "Good Health" (score from 7 to 10).

There is also a "Validated Agreements" health zone (dark green), associated with secured customers : if a customer has an ACTIVE contract and a VALIDATED contract, then it is in this secured zone. (a contract can only have the VALIDATED status if its start date is later than the current date).

Tip

For a contract to appear in the "Current Contract" column, it must have an ACTIVE status.

Tip

By clicking on an area of the graph (e.g. the red area for April), the table below the graph displays the list of customers concerned. You can also click on a month to see the list of contracts up for renewal this month.
