Creating a Playbook

From the "Playbooks" section, click on "Create Playbook". This opens a window offering you the choice of starting from a blank page ("from blank") or using one of the existing templates ("from template"). The latter will give you a basic structure which you'll then need to adapt to your business challenges. Either way, you'll arrive at an editor, and the possibilities offered in both modes are strictly equivalent.

To create a Playbook, you need to give it a name in the box provided. You can also assign it a Tag and a Description, but these are optional.
