Add a delay between two steps

Go to Conditional Step > Wait until.

Two possibilities for adding a delay between two Playbook stages:

• Some time: adds a fixed delay (e.g., 3 days between steps)
• Manual action: requires the account owner to validate the next step (the action will appears under "My Actions" section)

It is also possible to add specific steps within the Playbook: go to Conditional Step > Task completed.

• Wait until task completed: proceed only after a specific task is completed
• Wait until tasks project completed: proceed only after a project is completed

**Note:** These options allow building advanced scenarios. For example, move to step 5 only if step 1 is validated, or only after tasks 1 to 4 are completed.
